We would like to invite speakers into the school for a lecture series,  we need one person every two weeks throughout the year ideally, to talk to our Sixth Form about careers they might be interested in entering, whatever field you are in, or topics of general interest.  Other ideas include ultra runners, expeditions you may have been on, extreme or endurance sports etc...

The students require 40 hours of enrichment in 1 hour slots - or sometimes a double.  Perhaps a suggestion could be a 45 minute talk followed by questions or even a workshop style which supports the curriculum/their knowledge base/their futures in any way.
