TWGSB was extremely fortunate this past month to be the beneficiary of over one hundred brand new Advantech UBX-110H ultra-compact Industrial personal computers (PC) donated for use in the Maths and Computing department.
These computers are unusually robust and can withstand vibrations, extreme temperatures, dust, and other volatile environmental conditions, ensuring longer lifespans and reduced downtime. They are fanless PC’s which offers quiet operation, increased reliability and enhanced durability compared with traditional PCs with fans.
The machines were generously donated by ardent TWGSB supporter and parent Mr Stephen Slade, Director of Game Engineering at Puttshack. Thank you Mr Slade!
